Dr. Ingrid Pailthorp Ratz was born and raised in Annapolis where she continues to pursue her passion as a physical therapist, pilates instructor, and postpartum exercise specialist.  When she is not in the office she is out in the community, spending time with her family and friends, or enjoying the great outdoorsShe received her doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland and through continuing education over the years she has been trained extensively in manual therapy techniques. She continues to seek out opportunities to learn.

COVID 19 Update

We ask that you wait in your car until you are massaged to come in the front door to allow for proper cleaning and preparation between sessions. There is a 20 minute gap between appoints to allow for a proper wrap up of the session, cleaning, documentation and therapist water breaks. You will be required…

COVID 19 Update

Clients and Patients: we ask that you wait in your car until you are massaged to come in the front door to allow for proper cleaning and preparation between sessions. There is a 20 minute gap between appoints to allow for a proper wrap up of the session, cleaning, documentation and therapist water breaks. You will be required to wear a mask at all times and sanitize hands prior to your appointment. Equipment with be wiped down between uses and care will be taken to ensure your safety,

Monday's, Wednesday's, and Friday's
10:00am-2:30pm

All Appointments are 45 minutes, unless you are enrolled in the Infinite Mom Project. For the weekly zoom calls for the Infinite Mom Project, those group calls can last anywhere from one to two hours, to assure all questions and concerns can be addressed. 

2 Friday's a Month: Dr. Ratz will be out of the office for professional development and mentorship. Tuesday's and Thursdays's Dr. Ratz is home with her kids.
